Strategic Finance Manager – Banking & Cash Flow

To provide financial, accounting and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts. Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage all aspects of the company's banking relationships and accounts.Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately compiled and submitted.Negotiate with banks to secure favorable loan terms, interest rates, and other financial products.Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.Oversee the preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports to support strategic financial planning.Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related inquiries and audits.Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, with a specific focus on bank and loan reconciliations.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Maintain accurate records of all loan agreements, payment schedules, and interest accruals.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for senior management.Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are followed to maintain strong internal controls.Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is shared and processes are streamlined.Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and financial market trends.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders.Any other task assigned by the management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
