ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to address gaps.Assist in executing sales promotions and campaigns to maximize revenue.Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store staff.Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to retain high-performing staff3. Customer Service & ExperienceEnsure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered.Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.Maintain store standards that enhance the customer shopping experience.4. Store Operations & ComplianceOversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.Ensure accurate cash reconciliation, stock counts, and reporting.Maintain compliance with Sharaf Retail and Cotton On policies, including health and safety standards.Assist in implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.5. Visual Merchandising & Store PresentationEnsure store layout, displays, and merchandising align with Cotton On visual guidelines.Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and presentation of merchandise.Support store audits and action plans to maintain standards.6. Reporting & AdministrationPrepare and submit operational reports, sales data, and performance summaries as required.Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and documentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
