OverviewJob Title: StorekeeperLocation: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Stores / Warehouse / Production SupportReporting To: Stores Supervisor / Production ManagerSummaryWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory in a manufacturing/production environment. The role involves receiving, issuing, tracking and reconciling materials in coordination with production and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and accurate stock control.ResponsibilitiesMaterial Receiving & InspectionReceive incoming raw materials and finished goods as per delivery documents.Inspect materials for quantity and quality compliance.Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system.Inventory Control & IssuanceIssue raw materials (RM) to panel/production units as per approved requisitions.Maintain accurate daily reconciliation of raw material stock.Monitor stock levels and coordinate deliveries based on the production plan.Carry out advance planning for procurement and availability of all raw materials.Finished Goods ManagementReceive finished goods (FG) from production and arrange them in designated storage areas.Ensure proper identification labeling and storage of FG to avoid damage or mix-ups.Maintain accurate FG stock records.Stock Reconciliation & ReportingConduct monthly reconciliation of RM and FG stock in coordination with the Finance department.Maintain records of rejected materials and panels from trial production.Report discrepancies, shortages or damages to management promptly.Housekeeping & ComplianceEnsure proper storage safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.Follow company policies, inventory procedures and safety guidelines.Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stock control.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Commerce or related field (preferred).6-8 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience handling raw materials finished goods and inventory reconciliation.Familiarity with GRN processes and basic warehouse documentation.Skills & CompetenciesStrong inventory control and stock management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to coordinate effectively with Production and Finance teamsBasic computer skills (ERP / Excel / inventory systems preferred)Good organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work under production timelines and deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
