Our unique market position and enviable reputation lead to strong trusted relationships and repeat business.Job DescriptionDue to a strong pipeline of projects, our Abu Dhabi team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to undertake a variety of projects across the region.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement initiatives and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between business objectives and stakeholder expectations, driving collaboration, and fostering trust.ResponsibilitiesManages stakeholder engagement, maintains relationships, collaboration and consistency in all written and verbal correspondence with various stakeholders, including government and semi‑government entities.Is responsible for facilitating all project level related stakeholder permitting and approvals required for projects.Works closely with the Business Group leadership to ensure smooth stakeholder liaison and management.Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of all regulatory requirements.Maintains good knowledge of planning processes required to coordinate with the government and semi‑government entities and for clarifications, justifications and permitting by statutory authorities.Coordinates with all stakeholders regarding project submissions, revisions, clarifications, approvals, justifications and approvals by statutory authorities.Ensures project teams deliver required documents on schedule and in accordance with any stakeholder requirements.Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and issues.Participates in project design meetings and recommends improvements (if required).Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports.Maintains and updates the stakeholders’ mapping, registers and plans as stakeholders’ roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in stakeholder management, communications or relationship management.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision‑making.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).At GHD, we celebrate the power of a multicultural workforce and champion individual achievement.
