If you have a proven track record in quality assurance engineering, appreciate rigorous standards, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities – Quality Assurance Engineering, Auditing & Process ImprovementMinimum 5 years experience in Quality department (Quality assurance and Quality control activities, Auditing (External and Internal), QMS Documentation)QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/AS 9100)Experience and knowledge in 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective actions effectiveness assessment, PPAPTo monitor overall Quality Assurance activitiesSupplier quality improvement programsNCR, SCAR handlingEnsuring compliance of all process to Quality system procedure requirementsDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for automotive systems, ensuring thorough coverage of all requirements and functionalities to guarantee product quality.Conduct in-depth audits of automotive manufacturing processes, identifying areas of non-compliance with industry standardsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, manufacturing) to resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and promote a culture of quality throughout the product lifecycle.Perform root cause analysis of defects and failures, utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to determine underlying causes and prevent recurrence.Lead and participate in product testing and validation activitiesMonitor and evaluate supplier quality performance, conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Prepare detailed quality reports, including test results, defect analysis, and audit findings, to communicate quality performance to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making.Stay abreast of the latest automotive industry trends, technologies, and quality standards to continuously improve testing methodologies and auditing practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency within the organization.Required Skills – Quality Auditing, Data Analysis & Stakeholder CollaborationExpert knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, audit techniques, and relevant standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent).Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical data, conduct root cause analysis, and produce clearly documented findings.Demonstrated experience in leading or facilitating process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.Efficient time management and the ability to effectively balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Traits – Analytical Thinking, Initiative & Team SupportLogical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and risk assessment.Proactive and self-motivated, eager to identify improvement opportunities and follow through with sustainable solutions.Supportive and collaborative, building strong working relationships across departments to champion quality objectives.Adaptable and resilient in the face of changing priorities or requirements.Qualifications & Experience – Senior Quality Assurance Engineering & AuditingBachelor's degree in engineeringA minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive quality assurance or auditing, demonstrating a solid understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of automotive components, systems, and manufacturing processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.QMS Lead AuditorExperience and knowledge in 8D, root cause analysis, corrective actions effectiveness assessmentA high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesPublic Safety#J-18808-Ljbffr
