Job PurposeResponsible for supporting, monitoring, and improving production operations by applying engineering principles to ensure efficient processes, reliable equipment performance, and consistent product quality in line with approved standards.Key Accountability AreasProduction Planning & CoordinationSupport daily production planning activities to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.Monitor production processes on the shop floor to ensure output and quality requirements are met.Engineering & Technical SupportProvide hands‑on engineering support to production and maintenance teams during routine operations and breakdowns.Assist in troubleshooting equipment, process, and quality issues to minimize downtime and production losses.Process Improvement & OptimizationAnalyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, material usage, and equipment performance.Support the implementation of process improvements and engineering modifications under approved change procedures.Contribute to cost reduction initiatives while maintaining required quality and safety standards.Documentation & Technical KnowledgePrepare and update operating instructions, work procedures, and equipment documentation as required.Ensure production documentation reflects current processes, specifications, and engineering requirements.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, equipment, and production technologies.Problem Solving & Best PracticesParticipate in structured problem‑solving activities, including data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.Support the application of manufacturing best practices to improve process stability, quality, and reliability.Inventory Control & Workplace OrganizationMonitor work‑in‑progress (WIP) and sub‑store materials to support accurate inventory control and material availability.Support the implementation and sustainment of 5S practices in coordination with production and safety teams.Compliance & SafetyEnsure assigned production activities comply with approved manufacturing procedures and safety requirements.Support adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.Role AccountabilityHR ProficiencyAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the jobTo have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.DeliveryPerform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem‑SolvingSolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.QualityEnsure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process ImprovementsCoordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.ComplianceComply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and EnvironmentEnsure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Electrical EngineeringWork Experience6 to 10 YearsTechnical / Functional CompetenciesProduction SchedulingProduction TestingProduction Workflow#J-18808-Ljbffr
