Plan, manage and monitor offshore construction activities during the execution phase of the projectWell aware and understanding of the of the CHOD of the assigned projectReview tender documents, scope of work and client specificationsProvide input to Offshore management for offshore scope at Bid stage, which will include review of schedule and estimated durations, inputs to explanations and qualifications,Review, comment and issue the ITB to sub-contract department for the scope of work related to offshore. Subsequently, review and comment on the technical proposals provided by the bidders.Communicate with clients for the assigned project related to the construction activitiesManage interface with other contractor working with in the same areas in coordination with the project interface ManagerManage different construction managers assigned on different projectACCOUNTABILITIES At BID StageReview tender documents, scope of work and client specificationsProvide input to offshore management for offshore scope at Bid stage, which will include review of Schedule and estimated durations, inputs to explanations and qualifications, review of procedures & method statements.Attend the strategy meetings initiated by estimation section during the bid stage.Review, comment and issue the ITB to sub-contract department for the scope of work related to Offshore. Subsequently, review and comment on the technical proposals provided by the biddersStart-up phaseReview tender documents, scope of work and client specificationsProvide to offshore management input for offshore scope at Bid stage, which will include review of schedule and estimated durations, inputs to explanations and qualifications, review of procedures & method statements.Attend the strategy meetings initiated by estimation section during the bid stage.Review, comment and issue the ITB to sub-contract department for the scope of work related to offshore. Subsequently, review and comment on the proposals provided by the bidders.On award of contract & assignment to a projectreview technical handoverdocument and familiarize fully with the scope of work, and client specifications.Distribute copy of project scope of work and client specifications to LME, OOD,NBM, SDD, and LD.Finalize the list of project deliverables prepared by OCEs for the offshorescope, in coordination with LME, OOD, PEM & include in the projectdeliverable list.Develop offshore execution plans in coordination with AVP-OCS/ OCD / LMEs/ OOD /NBM subsequent to the kick off strategy meeting,Produce offshore schedule taking into consideration project milestones andavailability of barges / marine units, in coordination with PD / VPOO / AVPOCS / OCD / OOD.Carry out a techno-commercial analysis throughout constructability reviewmeetings to optimize the offshore installation cost.Participate in the preparation of the project HSE plan along with HSEdepartment, project HSE officer and offshore HSE coordinator.Review and comment on the project ITPAll phasesPrepare list of construction aids (load register) required for the job. Finalize therelevant AFC drawings with PEM after receiving comments from variousdepartmentPrepare a list identifying the marine spread requirement for the project andfinalize with VPOO/OOD.Coordinate with survey section and advise survey requirements for the project.Prepare the scope of work for pipe coating activity and follow-up closely thepipe-coating progress with the PMT fabrication engineer.Review Engineering documents / drawings and analyses from construct-abilitypoint of view. Consolidate relevant comments from LME / OOM /NBM andpass it to PEM.Follow-up with PEM on timely submission of deliverables and with client forreview and approval.Prepare detailed work scope, schedules for offshore subcontracted worksCoordinate with subcontracts section for technical & un-priced commercialevaluation and clarifications.Issue Purchase Requisition for offshore project material in coordination withSPM in PMTInitiate all the correspondences (letters / faxes) with the client related tooffshore scope or work.Initiate the offshore project risk and opportunities in coordination with planningand cost manager ,Coordinate with all depar
