Sr. Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Corporate & Commercial Law to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic legal support and advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, while safeguarding the company’s interests in its commercial operations.Responsibilities:Offer comprehensive legal guidance on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and legal requirements.Conduct legal analysis and risk assessments to inform business decisions and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal implications of business initiatives and propose solutions.Stay updated on changes in corporate and commercial laws and regulations impacting the organization.Advise on compliance matters and develop policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.Manage disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a legal counsel, particularly in corporate and commercial law.Strong knowledge of Saudi corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
