Sponsorship Specialist

Madison Pearl is exclusively patterning with an elite organization in Abu Dhabi to expand their Commercial team, and they are seeking a Sponsorship Specialist to join them. The purpose of this role is to manage and maximize the value of sponsorship partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage sponsorship strategy in line with commercial objectives while ensuring effective delivery of sponsorship agreements.Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing relationships, addressing feedback, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.Oversee the execution of all sponsorship rights and activations, including branding, advertising, digital content, events, tickets, and hospitality.Coordinate with internal teams (Media, Marketing, and Finance) to ensure sponsor visibility, campaign execution during matches/events, and tracking of financial obligations.Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, maintain sponsor databases, support contract renewals, and contribute ideas for new sponsorship packages and value enhancement.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.Minimum 3 years of experience in sponsorship management or partnership relations.Strong communication skills and fluency in English.Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.Interested candidates please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*#J-18808-Ljbffr
