Speech therapist vacancy in Lusail QatarSpeech Therapist - Lusail, QatarOur clinic in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the individual's speech and language abilities- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation results- Implement therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed- Educate individuals and their families on exercises and techniques for improving communication skills- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plansRequirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar (or eligible for licensure)- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting- Proficient in conducting evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with the ability to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds- A strong understanding of communication disorders and their impact on daily lifePreferred Qualifications:- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, especially those of African descent.- Fluency in English (spoken and written)- Previous experience working in an English-speaking countryBenefits:We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
