We are passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients and their families feel encouraged, guided, and cared for every step of the way.Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will help children and individuals overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges through evidence-based, individualized therapy programs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct speech, language, and communication assessments.Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.Work with clients to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.Maintain accurate documentation and update therapy plans as needed.Promote a supportive, engaging, and client-centered environment.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.Eligible for UAE professional license (DOH, DHA, or MOH).Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Professional growth and training opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
