Specification Manager

With over 25 years of industry experience, we take pride in our extensive product range, technical expertise, and strong partnerships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Specification Manager, primarily focused on tiles while also supporting sanitary product specifications as needed. The ideal candidate must be client-oriented, driven, and capable of building strong professional relationships that convert into long-term business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and project decision-makers to promote Graniti’s tile and sanitary product portfolio.Prepare, update, and maintain a comprehensive library of product specifications, technical data sheets, installation guidelines, and related documentation.Participate in project meetings to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.Provide expert technical advice on tile systems, sanitary products, installation methods, and product compatibility.Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify specification opportunities and develop strategies to support project acquisition.Conduct Lunch-and-Learn sessions, product presentations, and technical training for clients and internal teams.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to support business planning.Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of specifications for active projects.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on specification activities, project updates, and pipeline status.Perform other related and ad hoc tasks as required by Management to support the overall operations and business objectives of Graniti Building Materials.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of strong experience in tile or sanitary product specification, project sales, or a similar technical-commercial role.In-depth technical knowledge of tile systems, sanitaryware products, and installation requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and achieve specification targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
