OverviewThe role holder is responsible for managing hiring requests and for responding to recruitment related queries.Key AccountabilitiesJob Offers and Job DescriptionsPrepares job offers.Follows up on offer approvals.Writes job descriptions.Shortlisting and InterviewPre-Screens and shortlists CVs received.Schedules, organizes and participates in applicant interviews.Visa DocumentsFollows up with candidates for required documents for VISA process.Coordinates with public relation to check on employees visa status.Record KeepingMaintains records of all selected candidates and follows up till candidate joins.Files all personnel documentation.Candidates QueriesResponds to candidates queries within agreed turnaround time.Self-Management ResponsibilitiesDefines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.QualificationsMinimum QualificationBachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or any related disciplineExcellent communication skills and facilitation skillsHigh personal standards of integrity and professionalismFluent in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirableMinimum ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience as a recruitment coordinatorRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
