Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time SEN Teacher / Tutor in Abu Dhabi to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with children and young people across a wide spectrum of special educational needs, delivering personalized support that promotes both academic progress and overall development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and/or small group teaching sessionsDevelop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s needsSupport students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needsAdapt teaching strategies, resources, and lesson plans to ensure accessibility and engagementMonitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardiansFoster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentBuild strong relationships with students to enhance confidence, independence, and motivationCollaborate with parents, schools, and other professionals where requiredMaintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and outcomesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldProven experience working with students with special educational needsStrong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and a student-centered approachAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyHow to ApplyPlease click 'Apply' or send your CV and a brief message detailing your experience with autism to (hr2@mindbase.education).#J-18808-Ljbffr
