SummaryThe Spare Parts Planning & Performance Officer role is responsible for developing and maintaining a data-driven framework to enhance spare parts sales, inventory management, and profitability.You will support the Spare Parts Product Manager by delivering structured analytics, performance tracking, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization insights to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1- Sales & Lost Sales AnalysisAnalyze lost sales data across all brandsIdentify high-demand SKUs not in stockQuantify missed revenue opportunitiesDeliver monthly reports with actionable recommendations2- Inventory Performance & OptimizationConduct inventory aging analysis (0–90 / 90–180 / 180+ days)Monitor stock reservations & fast-moving SKUsTrack fill rates and backordersRecommend replenishment, transfer, or liquidation strategies3- Brand Performance MonitoringPrepare brand-level dashboardsAnalyze revenue, GP, and SKU contributionIdentify growth and optimization opportunities4- Sales Performance TrackingMonitor sales performance by salespersonMeasure parts attach rate to unit salesAnalyze upsell ratio & average order valueProvide data-driven improvement insights5- Forecasting & Procurement SupportSupport demand forecasting & seasonal planningAssist with procurement and stock coverage calculationsAnalyze MOQ impact & cash flow considerationsProvide monthly purchase recommendationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field2–4 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment sectorsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas) & Power BIERP system experience is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
