SPA & Recreation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and professional SPA & Recreation Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this pivotal role you will oversee all operations of our spa and recreation facilities ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will lead a diverse team manage budgets and create memorable experiences for our guests through innovative wellness and recreation programs.Oversee daily operations of spa and recreation facilities ensuring compliance with health safety and quality standardsSupervise train and motivate spa and recreation staff to deliver outstanding customer serviceDevelop and implement spa and recreation programs that meet guest needs and drive revenue growthManage budgets control expenses and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targetsCreate and maintain staff schedules while ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hoursMonitor facility maintenance equipment functionality and cleanliness standardsHandle guest inquiries complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathyMaintain accurate records of bookings inventory and staff performance metricsCollaborate with other departments to coordinate integrated guest experiencesImplement marketing initiatives to promote spa and recreation servicesEnsure adherence to local UAE regulations and international hospitality standardsConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersQualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of management experience in spa recreation or hospitality industryProven experience supervising and leading diverse teamsStrong knowledge of spa and wellness operationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in facility management and operationsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planningOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsFluency in English (written and verbal)Valid UAE work visa or eligibility to obtain onePreferred QualificationsSpa management or hospitality management certificationFirst Aid and CPR certificationExperience with spa booking and management software systemsKnowledge of recreation program development and implementationExperience working in multicultural environmentsBackground in conflict resolution and problem-solvingMarketing and promotional experience within hospitality settingsAdditional language proficiency (Arabic preferred)Additional InformationAt Accor we are committed to diversity.
