With 800+ technology professionals already embedded across enterprise clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we’re expanding rapidly into cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and digital transformation delivery.The Solutions Architect -AIQU, will play a central role in shaping the technical direction of our growth. This role is responsible for turning client challenges into winning proposals and designing impactful, scalable solutions that influence enterprise technology decisions. You will work across the full pre‑sales and early delivery lifecycle — from leading technical discovery sessions and designing architectures to validating delivery feasibility and ensuring a smooth handoff to project teams.You will serve as the technical authority that establishes the organization’s credibility with enterprise IT buyers and helps shape a practice from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Technical Pre-sales:Lead technical discovery sessions with client IT teams — uncovering infrastructure, security posture, data architecture, and transformation prioritiesDesign end-to-end technology solutions across cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformationTranslate complex technical architectures into clear, compelling proposals and presentations for both technical and business audiencesRespond to RFPs and RFIs with technically accurate, commercially viable solutionsBuild detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs), effort estimates, and solution sizing for proposalsDefine and own organization’s reference architectures for each service pillar (cloud, security, managed services, digital transformation)Ensure all proposed solutions comply with UAE and Saudi regulatory requirements (NCA, NESA, SAMA, CBUAE)Evaluate and qualify new technology partners and products for inclusion in the solutions portfolioStay current on hyperscaler roadmaps (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise platform updates (ServiceNow, SAP)Delivery Enablement:Act as the technical bridge between pre-sales and delivery — ensuring what is sold can be delivered as specifiedSupport project teams during critical early delivery phases and architecture reviewsBuild repeatable solution templates, runbooks, and delivery accelerators to scale the practiceContribute to building the technical capability of junior team members over timePartner & Ecosystem Engagement:Maintain and develop technical relationships with Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Salesforce and other strategic partnersPursue and maintain relevant partner certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Expert)Leverage partner technical resources, funding programs, and co-delivery capabilities in client engagementsQualifications & Experience12+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role within an IT Services or systems integrator environmentHands-on architecture experience across at least two of: public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, managed IT services, or ERP/enterprise platformsTrack record of designing and winning complex IT deals in the GCC marketExperience working with enterprise clients in UAE and/or Saudi ArabiaActive certifications in at least one hyperscaler: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Expert, or equivalentTechnical DepthCybersecurity: SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management, SOC design, NCA/NESA frameworksManaged services: ITIL-aligned service design, NOC/helpdesk architecture, SLA modellingEnterprise platforms: at least working knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft DynamicsSkills & AttributesFluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantageExceptional written communication — can produce board-level architecture documents and detailed technical specs with equal clarityStrong commercial awareness — understands deal economics and how to design solutions that are profitable to deliverCollaborative by nature — equally effective working with sales, delivery, and client teamsComfortable with ambiguity — this is a build environment, and you will often be creating the process, not following it#J-18808-Ljbffr
