Industry: Banking & Financial ServicesRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in banking and financial services, extensive exposure to the Gulf region, and deep expertise in enterprise architecture, integration, cloud, and middleware technologies.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders across large enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale banking and financial systemsDefine high-level and detailed architecture models covering application, integration, data, and infrastructure layersLead architecture decisions for core banking, payments, digital channels, APIs, and integration platformsCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical solutionsEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, scalability, and performance requirementsDrive and govern API-led and microservices-based architecturesOversee solution delivery across the full SDLC, ensuring quality, timelines, and architectural complianceSupport and guide development, DevOps, and operations teams during implementationParticipate in architecture reviews, technical governance, and stakeholder presentationsWork within Agile / SAFe environments, supporting multiple squads and cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field15+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise systems designStrong banking domain experience (core banking, payments, digital banking, financial platforms)Proven experience working in the Gulf region (KSA / GCC)Deep expertise in:Enterprise Integration & MiddlewareAPI Management & API SecurityMicroservices ArchitectureCloud Platforms (AWS / Azure)Containerization & KubernetesStrong understanding of enterprise-level distributed systemsExperience working with multi-tier, high-availability, and mission-critical systemsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCertifications (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)AWS Certified Solutions Architect – AssociateTOGAF 9.2 Certified (Foundation or above)Kubernetes / Cloud Native Certification (CNCF)DevOps Architecture CertificationAPI Design & API Security CertificationsMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AI or Cloud)#J-18808-Ljbffr
