A leader in solar and renewable energy in our growing commercial solar division in UAE.As Business Development Manager, you will define the strategic goals, establish key customer relationships, identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate and close commercial agreements, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of current and future market conditions.Main ResponsibilitiesCreate a healthy sales pipeline by developing new opportunities and managing existing customersRaise customer awareness about Photon Energy's solar energy solutionsAchieved and exceeded gross profit targetsWork closely with the marketing team to provide continuous feedback on lead generation strategiesMonitor market developments to identify sales trends and new business opportunitiesDrive profitable customer growth through innovative energy solutions. This includes identifying, researching, evaluating, creating and delivering business opportunities that deliver value to both Photon and its customers.Create and maintain networks and relationships, protecting Photon's interests with key stakeholdersLead customers in commercial evaluationManage the entire sales cycle, from developing opportunity sources, building relationships with prospects, developing win-win solutions, and managing ongoing relationships as way is the main sponsor of the project.Complete periodic sales forecasts and reportsKey Skills and AttributesMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B position. Experience in the solar industry is not necessary but would be beneficialStrong commercial senseProven experience in the effective use of business development processes and methodsGood work ethic, positive team attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to find and influence the right decision makers in a variety of situations - both internal and externalExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with othersThe hunting spirit has proven successful in selling complex, high-value-added B2B solutions.Experience developing professional proposals and delivering engaging presentations and presentations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
