Software Trainer (Part-Time)

<div><p>On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Software Trainer with experience in delivering training on technological platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for training staff on an AI-powered platform, ensuring they understand its features and tools effectively.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Design, develop and deliver high-quality online training programs/materials.</li><li>Assess trainee needs and tailor the curriculum to match these needs.</li><li>Manage and resolve trainee queries effectively and in a timely manner.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest software training techniques and tools.</li><li>Collaborate with management to align training with company goals and objectives.</li><li>Evaluate training outcomes and provide continuous feedback and improvement areas to learners.</li><li>Create a stimulating learning environment to enhance learners’ engagement and motivation.</li></ol><h3>Requirements</h3><ol><li>A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Software Trainer or similar role.</li><li>Good knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment.</li><li>Experience in training users on software or technological platforms.</li><li>Outstanding presentation and mentoring skills.</li><li>Experience designing curriculum and developing educational resources.</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.</li></ol></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
