Software QA Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Mentor : Manage, guide, and develop the QA team to ensure effective testing processes and professional growth.Testing Strategy : Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.Defect Management : Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding guidelines, and relevant quality standards.Reporting : Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.RequirementsOnline Gaming Experience is a Must.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
