Software Project Manager

We fight for the users and innovate using user-centered design processes with the newest technologies to create beautifully designed, lovable products and services that are simple to use and user-friendly.We’re looking for an experienced Software Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects, especially those involving mega projects.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesReport and escalate issues to management as neededManage relationships with clients and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with clientsMeet with clients to clarify specific project requirementsOversee multi-functional project teams with at least 10-15 members, including Developers, UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and QA PersonnelAnalyze current Agile processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancementsManage projects using JIRA and Confluence; provide software training to team members as neededEnsure software quality standards are met and requirements are delivered within budget and on scheduleMinimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related fieldProven experience in project management and software developmentGood knowledge of project estimation techniquesStrong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask#J-18808-Ljbffr
