This role requires deep technical understanding across our stack — spanning apps, SDKs, SaaS platforms, and distributed systems — and the ability to translate that knowledge into<b>scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing architectures</b>that align with our design principles and long‑term vision.</p><p>The Technical Architect will act as a bridge between<b>technical strategy and implementation</b>, driving architectural consistency across teams while remaining hands‑on in guiding system design, documentation, and evolution. You will help define the backbone of our technology by analyzing, documenting, and improving complex systems — applying open standards such as<b>C4</b>and maintaining clear records of<b>Important Technical Decisions (ITDs)</b>to ensure traceability and shared understanding across the organization.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to<b>design robust and future‑proof systems</b>, foster architectural best practices, and mentor teams in achieving technical excellence. Use systems‑level thinking to structure components for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.</li><li>Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, practical, and forward‑looking architectures.</li><li>Write and review technical proposals to ensure they align with the agreed architecture, principles, and long‑term technical direction.</li><li>Contribute to guiding development through code reviews, building PoCs, defining skeleton structures, and ensuring technical consistency across teams.</li><li>Promote architectural standards and best practices across the organization to foster consistency, interoperability, and sustainable development.</li><li>Analyze and document existing architectures by deeply understanding the current implementation of products and systems.
