DMS Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementingeffective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement,and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding ofsocial media platforms, content creation, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms.• Manage and update company social media profiles. Up to 5 accounts with different SOW.• Monitor social media analytics and provide regular performance reports.• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.• Identify trends and opportunities in social media landscape.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.• Stay up to date with social media platform updates and best practices.• Measure and report on performance of social media campaigns against goals.• The above is Some of the tasks but not limited to.Daily Tasks:• Develop graphic, image, and video content.• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.• Interact with followers and build relationships.• Track brand mentions, industry news, and competitor activity.• Any additional tasks that may ariseWeekly Tasks:• Content CalendarPlan and schedule content for the upcoming week.• Analytics ReviewAnalyze platform performance and identify trends.Role: Social Media ExecutiveDepartment: MarketingReporting to: Marketing Lead / Marketing ManagerLocation: Marc DMS Office, Business Bay• Campaign ManagementOversee ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.• Competitor AnalysisMonitor competitor activity and identify opportunities.• ReportsPrepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports.Monthly Tasks:• Social Media AuditEvaluate platform performance and identify areas for improvement.• Strategy DevelopmentCreate and refine social media strategy.• Campaign PlanningDevelop new campaigns and promotions.• Platform OptimizationExplore new features and updates on social media platforms.Qualifications:• Minimum of two to three years of experience in social media management and contentcreation.• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut for graphic and video editing softwares.• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.• Arabic is a plus• Must have the ability to create on trend content.• Must be able to communicate and manage clients.Employee Name: Line Manager:Date: Date:Signature: Signature:#J-18808-Ljbffr
