Location: Dubai (Hybrid/Remote Possible) | Full-Time or FreelanceWe're looking for a style-conscious Social Media Manager who understands how to build culture and community through content. We are seeking someone who lives and breathes social media. This rolerequires a responsible, creative, and passionate individual who can operateindependently and think of the brand as their own.What you’ll do:Build platform-specific monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and cultural momentsDevelop creative concepts that reflect NÓRA’s aesthetic and tone, from story-led Reels to UGC curationContent Creation & CurationProduce and edit content (photo + video) for TikTok, Instagram, and PinterestCombine personal content, professional shoots, and influencer assets into a cohesive brand storyTranslate the "cool girl" voice of the brand into daily touchpointsCommunity EngagementInteract daily with followers and creators to maintain a strong, authentic presenceMonitor DMs, comments, and tagged content for engagement and response opportunitiesCollaborate with influencers and micro-creators to expand reachPerformance & GrowthTrack KPIs weekly and refine strategy based on performance insightsStay ahead of platform updates and emerging formatsUse Pinterest to drive meaningful traffic to the site via styled pins, boards, and linked contentWhat we’re looking for:2–4 years experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or content-led brandsDeep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest mechanics and cultureStrong aesthetic alignment with NÓRA’s style and toneIndependent and reliable; able to manage time and output with minimal supervisionArabic fluency is a plusIf this sounds like the role for you then please send through your CV with the subject line: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER.info@noralabel.comWe're always on the lookout for passionate, fashion forward women.So, if you love the brand, then please send through your CV with the subject line: CAREERS.
