Job SummaryThe Social Media Executive is responsible for daily content scheduling, audience interaction, and platform management across all social media channels.Job Responsibilities1. Content Scheduling & PublishingPost daily content across all social media platforms according to the content calendar.Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.Write engaging and brand-appropriate captions and hashtags in English and Arabic.2. Community ManagementMonitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.Escalate sensitive inquiries or customer service concerns to the sales department.Engage with followers and relevant communities to build a positive brand presence.3. Platform Monitoring & InsightsTrack key performance metrics across platforms.Provide regular performance reports to the Social Media Manager with observations and suggestions.Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates.4. Campaign SupportAssist in the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns.Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content promotions.Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas, seasonal campaigns, and new formats.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms.Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and detail.Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform management tools.Basic understanding of social media analytics.Creative mindset, team player, and highly organized.Basic design or video editing skills is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
