<div><p>This is a remote position.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Regularly create engaging posts and reels for our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to support our marketing and advertising strategies.</li><li>Produce creative reels/artwork for our ongoing paid advertising campaigns.</li><li>Actively participate in brainstorming to come up with creative content that truly stands out from the crowd.</li><li>Collaborate with both the general social media team and the advertising team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaign goals.</li><li>Update and manage travel itineraries on the company website ensuring content is current and compelling.</li><li>Analyze engagement data and adjust content accordingly to maximize reach and impact.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest social media trends in the travel&tourism industry and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.</li><li>Stay up to date on consumer behaviour and attitudes in the UAE as it affects the purchase of travel services and more broadly the purchase of high-value services within the company\'s target demographic.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in social media content creation particularly with Instagram Reels and carousels.</li><li>Strong graphic design and video editing skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.</li><li>Experience with content management systems and website content updating.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>The flexibility of a remote work environment.</li><li>An opportunity to work with a passionate team that is dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences.</li><li>A creative role where your ideas and contributions directly impact our brand and customer engagement.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
