The role offers long-term employment with opportunities for growth.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the progression of all construction tasks on-site, ensuring quality and timeliness.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security laws and site safety procedures.Translate building strategies and construction plans for on-site teams.Conduct on-site assessments to identify and mitigate safety risks.Maintain accurate attendance records for construction site workers.Evaluate day-to-day construction work and recommend improvements.Ensure emergency tools and equipment are in place and functional.Guarantee project completion based on the established timeline.Communicate progress reports to the Construction Task Manager.Attend on-site meetings or events as required.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of construction or site supervision experience.Masters or Diploma in a relevant field.Civil Engineering or Draughtsman background preferred.Computer literacy and ability to use related software.Job DetailsJob Kind: Full Time, Permanent.
