Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAEType: Full-Time (site based)Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with construction plans and safety standards.Manage and allocate site labour and subcontractors to ensure the timely and efficient execution of tasks.Monitor workmanship to ensure all activities meet required quality standards and project specifications.Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks and report any hazards or incidents promptly.Track site progress, identify delays or issues and report daily updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.Ensure proper use of materials and equipment on-site; coordinate deliveries and stock availability as needed.Assist with snagging, rectification works and preparation for final inspections and project handover.Key Requirements:10+ years of site supervision experience in UAE civil construction and fit-out projects.Strong understanding of site execution, construction methods and authority regulations.Experience managing site labour, subcontractors and daily site activities.Good in English, both written and spoken.Experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel); basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageA collaborative and supportive work environment that values teamwork, integrity, and innovationOpportunities for career growth and ongoing professional developmentThe chance to be part of a dynamic and growing company delivering high-profile projects across the region .How to Apply:To apply, submit your CV and cover letter to HR@desertconstruction.ae with the subject line “Site Supervisor“.#J-18808-Ljbffr
