Your expertise will be instrumental in monitoring project progress, controlling expenses, and maximizing value for our clients. You will collaborate closely with project managers, design engineers, and contractors to maintain cost-effective practices while upholding quality standards and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed review of cost estimates and prepared tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to establish clear project budgets and timelines, facilitating efficient project execution.Monitor and control project costs meticulously, including tracking expenses, variations, and change orders, to ensure financial objectives are met.Review and certify interim payments.Provide stakeholders with precise financial reports and forecasts regularly.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Relevant professional certifications or memberships (e.g., RICS) would be advantageous.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control techniques.Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Pioneer IPMC was established to provide integrated Project Management Consultancy Services across a wide range of sectors and industries.
