Site Engineer (Saudi)

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring project execution meets design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing construction projects in the KSA market.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and site issues.Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are efficiently allocated and utilized.Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with construction standards and client requirements.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including progress updates and safety compliance.Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at the site.Review and interpret project drawings and specifications to provide technical guidance to the site team.Support cost control and time management by monitoring project budgets and schedules.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry within the KSA.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.Familiarity with project management software and AutoCAD.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
