The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well‑established regional presence.Job SummaryAl Marwan Group is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer – Asphalt & Road Works to supervise and execute asphalt and road construction activities across U.A.E projects. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority standards while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise asphalt paving activities: sub‑base, base, binder, and wearing courses.Coordinate with asphalt plants, surveyors, QA/QC teams, and site supervisors.Ensure compliance with RTA, Municipality, and project specifications.Monitor asphalt temperatures, compaction, laying, and joint construction.Manage site activities to meet schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.Prepare daily reports and coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities.Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.Control material quantities and minimize wastage.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering5–7 years of experience in asphalt and road worksStrong knowledge of asphalt materials, paving methods, and QA/QC proceduresExperience with asphalt plants and paving crewsFamiliarity with RTA and UAE local authority specificationsProficient in MS Office and reportingUAE experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
