About the OpportunityA leading real estate developer is seeking a Site Architect / Senior Site Architect to join its on‑site project team delivering a high‑quality, hospitality‑led residential development in the UAE. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that the architectural design vision is executed with precision, quality, and integrity throughout the construction phase.This position offers the opportunity to work on a design‑led, experience‑driven project, where attention to detail and build quality are critical to the end‑user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and respond to shop drawings across architectural and landscape packagesManage and respond to RFIs, ensuring clarity and protection of design intentReview and approve material submittals, alternatives, and substitutionsAssess contractor‑proposed vendors and subcontractors for architectural scopesConduct regular site inspections and walks to monitor quality and complianceIdentify and address design deviations and non‑conformances proactivelyLead and manage snagging processes, ensuring timely resolutionCoordinate closely with construction teams to ensure alignment with design and specificationsCandidate Requirements8–10+ years’ experience in architecture (6–8 years considered with strong site exposure)Proven experience in a site‑based role representing client or consultantBackground in hospitality, hotels, or high‑end residential projectsStrong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction quality standardsDemonstrated experience in shop drawing review, RFIs, inspections, and snaggingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced construction environmentQualificationsDegree in ArchitectureProfessional registration (RIBA, AIA, ARB, or equivalent) is advantageousA strong portfolio of delivered projects is essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
