You will lead a team of employees and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and productive work environment while meeting the company’s operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of the RM Operations team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Manage and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and equipment.Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data.Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and address any safety concerns or incidents promptly.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offOpportunities for career growth and developmentApply now to join our team at Star Services LLC!#J-18808-Ljbffr
