SharePoint developer and admin

BlackStone eIT is looking for a versatile SharePoint Developer and Administrator to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and managing SharePoint solutions while ensuring optimal performance and security of SharePoint environments. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications based on client requirements.Manage SharePoint environments, including permissions, security settings, and site collections.Provide regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of SharePoint applications.Develop and execute backup and restore plans to ensure data integrity and security.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SharePoint environments.Document technical specifications and provide user training and support.Stay current with SharePoint technologies, trends, and best practices for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer and Administrator.Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint-specific technologies.Experience managing SharePoint permissions, site collections, and security settings.Good understanding of SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, and site architecture.Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to direct user training and support.Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.Microsoft certifications in SharePoint development or administration are advantageous.BenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance BonusTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
