ServiceNow System Administrator

Müller's Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow System Administrator to maintain our ServiceNow platform and ensure its optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting the ServiceNow environment, along with ensuring that the platform meets user and business requirements effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user managementSupport platform upgrades and new implementations, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and ensure timely deliveryMonitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionalityDevelop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guidesProvide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessaryStay informed about ServiceNow updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar roleProficient in ServiceNow module administration, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset ManagementFamiliarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies, including workflows, business rules, and script includesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficientlyExcellent time management skills, being able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teamsPreferred QualificationsServiceNow Administrator Certification or related certificationsUnderstanding of ITIL processes and frameworkExperience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or reporting toolsKnowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages relevant to ServiceNow customizationBenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
