Job Description

Our Service Designers reimagine public services end-to-end. You’ll translate research into reimagined service flows, simplify complexity, and design experiences that are intuitive, human-centered, and operationally sound.You’ll work closely with product managers, data specialists, policy teams, and real frontline staff to turn insights into services used by millions.What You’ll DoMap customer journeys across digital and physical channelsIdentify bottlenecks, pain points, and redesign service flowsFacilitate workshops with stakeholders and frontline teamsTranslate insights into service blueprints, prototypes, and experience conceptsSupport implementation with clear documentation and measurable standardsContribute to continuous improvement of service delivery across sectorsWhat You BringIndustrial engineering background (or similar) with 2-10 years of experience with an interest in service designStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityComfort with ambiguity and iterative designExcellent communication and storytelling>Curiosity, positivity, and passion for human-centered public servicesExperience with emerging and AI technologiesOur Culture & ValuesWe strive to live upPurpose FirstWe are here to serve; we respect citizens’ and policymakers’ time and needs.OwnershipIf you see a gap, you fill it with constructive feedback or action.
