If you have expertise in interconnects, routing, signaling, and service provisioning across global carriers, this is your opportunity to join a high-impact team driving global connectivity solutions.Detailed Job DescriptionAs part of the Service Delivery team, you will manage provisioning and activation of international voice and data services, ensuring seamless connectivity across global carriers. You will work on core network routing, signaling flows, and enterprise-grade services like MPLS, IPLC, and GVPN. This role involves close coordination with global operators, NOCs, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, reliable services for international customers.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesProvision and configure IP and core network services for global carriers.Manage interconnection setup, activation, and traffic optimization.Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance.Coordinate with global operators and NOCs across multiple regions.Support enterprise connectivity solutions (IPLC, MPLS, GVPN, EMIX, SmartHub).Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation and reports.Required Qualifications & SkillsSenior Role: Minimum 6+ years in service delivery, routing, and provisioning.Mid-Level Role: Telecom/IT graduate with 4 years in NOC, provisioning, or carrier operations.Core Technical Exposure: Telecom Interconnects: Voice, Mobile, Data, Satellite.Signaling & Protocols: VoIP, SIP, SS7, SCCP, Diameter, LTE signaling.Routing & Network Control.Enterprise/Carrier Services: IPLC, GVPN, MPLS, EMIX, SmartHub, IdA.IP configuration and network provisioning.✨ Nice-to-Have SkillsPMP or ITIL certification.Experience with international capacity planning and PoP connectivity.Familiarity with automation tools for provisioning.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in a multi-cultural, global environment.Recruitment Pro TipHighlight your experience in global service delivery and technical expertise in signaling and routing.
