You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving sustainable traffic growth, and ensuring SEO performance aligns with overall client business goals.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic rankings and traffic.* Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.* Collaborate with content, creative, analytics, and technical teams to ensure SEO best-practices are embedded across all digital assets.* Monitor website performance, track SEO KPIs, and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.* Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools.* Execute link-building, outreach, and white-hat SEO tactics to improve domain authority and organic reach.* Work with clients and internal stakeholders to align SEO efforts with marketing goals, content strategies, and UX.**Requirements*** 3–5 (or more) years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.* Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.* Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, other SEO software).* Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable SEO recommendations.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.* Awareness of latest search engine updates, algorithm changes, and SEO industry trends.* Detail-oriented and process-driven.* Strategic thinker with ability to prioritise SEO opportunities based on impact.* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.* Continuous learner — passionate about search, content, and digital performance.**Location:**Dubai**Brand:**Carat**Time Type:**Full time**Contract Type:**Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
