SEO Expert - Remote

<div><p>We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented<b>SEO Expert</b>to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimize on-page and off-page elements across web properties.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content teams and drive targeted traffic.</li><li>Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines (on-page SEO).</li><li>Perform ongoing technical SEO audits to identify issues and recommend improvements (e.g. site speed, crawl errors, mobile optimization, schema).</li><li>Manage off-page SEO efforts including link building outreach and content distribution.</li><li>Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.</li><li>Generate reports on key SEO metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and conversions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, developers, and UX/UI teams to implement SEO best practices across web projects.</li><li>Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify gaps or opportunities.</li><li>Ensure all SEO efforts comply with search engine guidelines (especially Google).</li></ul><h3>Key Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, IT, or a related field.</li><li>25 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing or e‑commerce environment.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors.</li><li>Strong understanding of technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.</li><li>Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.</li></ul><h3>Preferred (Bonus) Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with local SEO, YouTube SEO, or app store optimization (ASO).</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.</li><li>Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.</li><li>Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Yoast, Moz, or SEMrush SEO certifications.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
