Our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction has propelled us to the forefront of the Consulting, Training and Conferences landscapes.From our humble beginnings to our present status as a global market leader, we take pride in our global footprint, and the transformative impact we have had on industries.With over 25+ years of excellence in accelerating careers and transforming organizations, we are a trusted partner for our B2B and B2C clients.Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Senior Zoho Developer who has at least 5 years ofexperience implementing Zoho products and should have hands-on experienceworking on Zoho CRM, Books, and Creator.Key Responsibilities● Implementation, customization, and administrationof the suite of Zoho One applications including Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics,Creator, Projects, Desk, and more.● Develop and maintain custom features, widgets,and functionalities to support business requirements.● Integrate Zoho applications with third-partysystems using APIs.● Troubleshootand resolve issues related to Zoho applications.● Work with the support team to resolve any reportedissues, track issues, and provide periodic updates.● Support to complete projects independently andsuccessfully.● Use various strategies and tools to provideeffective solutions to end user concerns.● Promptly following up on support requests and enduser feedback.● Createand maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations.● Providetraining and support to end-users.● Creatingreports and dashboards in Zoho AnalyticsRequirements● Minimum 5 years of experiencein implementing Zoho products.● Good communication andinterpersonal skills are required.● Should have experience in ZohoCRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and ZohoMarketing apps.● Should have Certifications:Zoho CRM and/or Creator (Highly Preferable).● Strong problem solving skills and attention todetail.● Master of Computer Applicationsor BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant field.● Familiar with remote desktopapplications and help desk software.● The ability to deal withmultiple requests without being overwhelmed.● The ability to remainprofessional under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
