Senior Web Developer

To design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient web solutions and AWS infrastructure using Laravel, modern frontend frameworks, and DevOps best practices. This role ensures seamless deployment, high availability, and robust performance of our websites and web applications hosted on AWS.The Senior Web Developer works closely with development and DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and optimize infrastructure using modern tools and processes.Roles, Responsibilities, DutiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using Laravel, Webflow and Statamic.Build and maintain APIs for third-party integrations and frontend systems.Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS).Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) for automated deployments.Configure and maintain Docker environments for local development and production deployments.Collaborate with frontend developers using React.js or Vue.js to deliver integrated solutions.Optimize application and infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues at application and infrastructure levels.Review code, provide constructive feedback, and share expertise with developers.Manage infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Implement system logging, monitoring, and alerting (e.g., CloudWatch).QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plusDevOps, frontend, or cloud certifications are advantageousExperience6+ years of web development with a focus on LaravelHands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)CI/CD pipeline design and implementationBuilding and deploying websites and web applicationsPractical use of Docker for development and deploymentExperience using React.js or Vue.js alongside backend systemsExperience in integration/automation platforms like ZapierStrong proficiency with Git and version control workflowsExcellent performance optimization skills for web applications and infrastructureSolid understanding of cloud security, networking, and cachingSkilled in monitoring, diagnostics, and incident responseStrong problem-solving and collaboration abilitiesAbility to mentor and support other team members#J-18808-Ljbffr
