Senior Warehouse Executive

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Warehouse Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This includes handling inbound and outbound logistics documentation, inventory, and transportation while ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and international supply chain standards. The role also acts as a key liaison between internal supply chain functions and business units to ensure the timely clearance and delivery of imported materials to factory warehouses.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics OperationsOversee daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery of imported materials to the factory.Prepare daily logistics reports and follow international supply chain and safety standards.Work with other departments to improve logistics systems and align with sales, warehousing, shipping, and finance processes.TransportationArrange trucks and customs clearance for local and international shipments.Select and negotiate with transport providers to get the best service and rates.Make sure trucks are ready as per the loading schedule.Logistics ProcessTrack stock levels, import/export activities, transport and related documents.Set clear KPIs and responsibilities for the logistics team.Create and manage logistics procedures to use resources efficiently and reduce risks.Hold regular meetings with the team and service providers to review performance.Compare planned vs actual import data and make corrections when needed.Prepare monthly reports on import costs and highlight any differences.Match service invoices to purchase orders and resolve any issues with stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.At least 3 years in a Warehouse Manager or Section Head role.Minimum 3 years experience working in the warehouse & logistics departments of multinational companies.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business, or Finance.Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Preferred certifications: APICS, PMP, CPA, BLS, CPIM, MSDS, RP (USA).BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.Career growth and development opportunities.Dynamic and professional work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
