Senior UX Designer — Website

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of our marketing website and authenticated user portal. The role focuses on creating a premium web experience for a conversational AI product that helps users manage financial data through voice interactions. You will shape the brand’s digital presence and ensure the experience meets high standards of clarity, usability, and visual polish.ResponsibilitiesDesign and iterate on marketing website pages including landing pages, product storytelling, pricing, and conversion flowsOwn the login and onboarding experience including OAuth, email/password, and MFA flowsCreate responsive and accessible designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile webBuild and maintain a web design system including typography, spacing, colors, and UI componentsCollaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation with modern web technologiesConduct usability testing and research to improve user experienceDesign authenticated dashboard experiences such as account overview, settings, and data visualizationsQualification4–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong web-focused portfolioDemonstrated ability to design high‑quality, conversion‑focused websitesExpertise in responsive web design and modern layout patternsStrong proficiency in Figma including components, auto‑layout, and prototypingMust HaveExperience designing responsive websites and complex web applicationsKnowledge of login/authentication flows including OAuth, SSO, and MFAUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)Ability to produce production‑ready design specifications for engineeringNice to haveExperience in fintech, banking, or regulated industriesMotion design or micro‑interaction experience (Lottie, CSS animations)Familiaritywith Apple-inspired or enterprise‑grade design systemsWhat’s great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureNo dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hoursNo waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomyExpand your knowledge of various business industriesCreate content that will help our users on a daily basisReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company#J-18808-Ljbffr
