Job Title: Senior Test EngineerExperience Required: 35 YearsLocation: DubaiShift: General ShiftEmployment Type: FullTimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Senior Test Engineer with strong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) specifically within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have handson expertise in testing applications related to motor and/or medical insurance lines of business (LOBs).You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality functionality and reliability of insurance applications through comprehensive testing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop document and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.Perform functional regression system and integration testing.Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.Identify document and track bugs or issues to closure.Ensure that applications meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist endusers during the testing process.Continuously enhance testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Required Skills35 years of strong experience in QA/Test Engineering.Solid understanding and practical experience in motor and/or medical insurance applications testing.Experience in creating detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases.Handson experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM Bugzilla).Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Good to HaveExperience in automation testing tools will be an added advantage.ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.Familiarity with database querying for backend testing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
