Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the commercial success of all Faria products in a brand-new market segment (British international schools).As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind growth in this strategic market, working directly with school leaders to demonstrate how our platform transforms school communities.This is a rare opportunity as it’s not a typical sales role – you'll be an entrepreneur within Faria, bringing together sales, product, and marketing teams to build and execute a winning go-to-market strategy. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we serve this segment while rolling up your sleeves to do the foundational work that drives results.What You’ll DoOwn the RevenueDrive new business acquisition and revenue growth for Faria products across Cambridge and British international schools globally.Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development.Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targetsNote, you will work in tandem with a global sales force that is also incentivized to see you close opportunities.Be the Market ExpertBecome the voice of Cambridge and British schools within Faria, deeply understanding their unique curriculum needs, assessment frameworks, and operational challenges.Conduct product demonstrations that showcase how Faria products address the specific requirements of Cambridge programmes (IGCSE, AS/A Level, etc.) and British curriculum frameworks.Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and positioning.Do the WorkMake cold calls, knock on doors (both virtually and in person), and persistently pursue conversations with school heads, curriculum leaders, and academic directors.Attend conferences, school fairs, and regional education events to build relationships and generate leads.Create your own collateral, case studies, and pitch materials when needed to win deals.Drive Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product teams to advocate for features and enhancements that serve Cambridge/British school needsWork with Marketing to develop segment-specific campaigns, content, and positioning.Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Experience5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsDirect experience selling to or working with Cambridge schools or British international schools (essential)Deep understanding of Cambridge assessment frameworks (IGCSE, AS/A Level) and/or British curriculum structuresExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with school leadership teamsEducation Technology BackgroundFamiliarity with academic management systems, learning platforms, or assessment solutions is highly desirable.Understanding of international school operations and decision-making processesSkills and AttributesHunter mentality: You thrive on prospecting, opening doors, and creating opportunities where none existedSelf-starter: You don't wait for permission—you identify what needs to happen and make it happenCollaborative entrepreneur: You can rally teams around a shared vision and drive cross-functional initiativesExceptional communicator: You can articulate complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences, from teachers to C-suite executivesData-driven: You use CRM tools effectively, analyze pipeline metrics, and make decisions based on evidenceResilient: You handle rejection well and maintain energy and optimism through long sales cycles.Strong English and Arabic are essential.Location and LogisticsBased in the UAE with the flexibility to travel regularlyComfortable working across time zones with global teamsValid passport and ability to travel internationallyAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex.
