Join us in building the future of smart, sustainable living.RoleSenior Service Sales Engineer – Service Repairs & Service AgreementsAs a Senior Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of service agreements and service repairs in the HVAC industry. You will play a key role in supporting Carrier’s sales strategy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving order intake targets across the UAE market.Role ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship BuildingEstablish prospects and develop professional relationships to understand customer needs.Recommend Carrier products and services that meet client requirements.Build personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.Sales Strategy & Pipeline DevelopmentSupport business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments.Identify and pursue bid opportunities; participate in bid preparation and negotiations.Develop new customer leads and target accounts for the sales business development team.Work towards achieving assigned order intake targets in New Service Agreements and Service Repairs, while complying with Carrier’s Finance, Ethics, and Sales Policies.Achieve fiscal year plan targets through securing New Service Agreements and Service Repairs.Technical & Commercial AlignmentCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements align with Carrier’s service solutions.Attend trade shows and industry events to enhance Carrier’s visibility and influence prospects.Minimum RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related HVAC field.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC industry service and sales.Established experience in outside sales, business development, and customer relationship management.Skills & KnowledgeGood command of English (written and spoken).Driver’s license and own car (for customer visits approximately 50% of the time).Practical knowledge of Carrier programs, systems, or service solutions is preferred.Key CompetenciesCustomer‑focused approach with strong relationship‑building skills.Sales and negotiation expertise.Strategic and commercial acumen.Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance‑based incentives.Inclusive and multicultural work environment.Growth and development opportunities with a global leader.Wellness, training, and employee assistance programs.Your Journey with CarrierInitial conversation with our Talent Acquisition teamInterview with technical and business leadersFinal evaluation and offerOur Commitment to YouAt Carrier, we are committed to building a culture where our people can thrive and contribute meaningfully.
