Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Job PurposeFocuses on day‑to‑day support of system issues, configuration updates, and enhancements, while working with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. Providing user training, ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors best practices, and supporting complete and accurate business processes. Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding is essential, with additional knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and integration points considered beneficial.Key Accountability AreasIncident ManagementHold primary responsibility for managing and resolving incidents related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.Receive, assess, and prioritize incident tickets across all SuccessFactors modules.Provide functional support for SAP Payroll and Time Management–related incidents.Investigate and diagnose technical issues, functional discrepancies, and data‑related problems reported by end‑users.Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal system downtime.Ensure adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely incident resolution.Business Process EnhancementSupport and optimize SuccessFactors modules to enhance business functionality and overall system performance, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Configure and customize relevant business areas to ensure system behavior aligns with defined business requirements and constraints.Prepare comprehensive test scripts and perform testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, and any client‑specific testing procedures.Provide detailed Functional Specifications to the Technical Team for custom development requirements.DocumentationDocument configuration settings and prepare clear, detailed guidelines to enable other consultants to perform future modifications or repairs with accuracy and efficiency.Role AccountabilityHR ProficiencyAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.DeliveryPerform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem‑SolvingSolve any related problems arise and escalates any complex operational issues.QualityEnsure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process ImprovementCoordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.ComplianceComply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and EnvironmentEnsure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Information Mgmt.
