This role leads the full sales cycle end-to-end while acting as a role model for sales execution, deal discipline, and CRM excellence.Lead Generation & Strategic ProspectingProactively source and develop high-value leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and market mappingQualify partners against ICP, commercial viability, and long-term revenue potentialBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesSales Leadership & Deal OwnershipOwn the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signatureLead high-stakes discovery, pitching, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholdersStructure, negotiate, and close complex deals within approved commercial guardrailsDrive urgency and momentum across longer sales cyclesRevenue & Performance ManagementConsistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsForecast revenue accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygieneEnsure all sales activities, deal stages, and next steps are accurately reflected in the CRMIdentify risks, blockers, and upsides early and proactively address themCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with onboarding, operations, finance, and account management teams to ensure smooth partner activationSupport junior sales team members through knowledge sharing, best practices, and informal coachingProcess, Governance & ImprovementUphold high standards of deal quality, documentation, and commercial disciplineContribute to improving sales processes, playbooks, and toolsShare competitive intelligence and market trends to support strategic decision-makingQualifications3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business developmentStrong track record of closing complex, high-value dealsAdvanced cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skillsAbility to engage and influence senior decision-makersStrong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
