Job Description

Job Title:Senior Sales Executive (Emirati)Employment Type:Full-timeCore Duties & ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-depth market research, professional networking, and direct outreach (e.g., cold calling and visits).Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and strategic partnerships.Present and professionally demonstrate the entity's services and offerings to potential clients and stakeholders.Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development targets as set by the department.Provide strategic feedback and actionable insights to the marketing and service development teams based on client needs and market trends.Manage the entire sales and engagement lifecycle from initial contact through negotiation to post‑sale client support.Role requires both in‑office and fieldwork; flexibility in working hours is essential.Frequent client meetings are expected on a daily or weekly basis depending on project scope.The role may expand during major projects and strategic initiatives, subject to managerial approval.QualificationsEducation:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.Equivalent experience in a relevant industry may also be considered.Experience:Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably with a technical background.Experience dealing with government or large‑scale projects is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT literacy.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Self‑driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
